Rental conditions:

2) The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of $2 million liability insurance upon signing the lease, valid for the entire duration of the lease;
3) The tenant is not allowed to sublet or transfer the lease; no short-term rentals (no Airbnb);
4) Pets are not accepted;
5) Smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) is prohibited in the unit and common areas;
6) Painting, renovation, or making holes in the walls is prohibited without the landlord's consent;
7) The tenant must adhere to all building regulations at all times;
8) At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, including all included items and the state of the premises;
9) If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the tenant must allow visits for potential new tenants with 24 hours' notice.
