2) The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of $2M liability insurance upon signing the lease, valid for the entire duration of the lease;
3) The tenant agrees to pay the move-in and move-out fees to the property manager;
4) Move-in and move-out inspections: The tenant and the landlord must conduct the inspection at the beginning and end of the lease;
5) The tenant is not allowed to sublet or assign the lease; no short-term rentals (no Airbnb) and no bed and breakfast operations;
6) Pets are not accepted;
7) Smoking and vaping (tobacco, cannabis, and others) is prohibited in the unit and common areas;
8) Cultivating cannabis in the apartment is strictly prohibited;
9) No painting, renovations, or holes in the walls are allowed without the landlord's consent;
10) The tenant must respect the condominium regulations at all times. Any fines for violating the condominium rules by the tenant will be at their expense. All condominium regulations must be signed;
