2) The tenant must provide the lessor with proof of $2M civil liability insurance at the time of lease signing, valid for the entire duration of the lease.
3) The tenant is not permitted to sublet or assign the lease without the lessor's written consent; no Airbnb or short-term rentals are permitted.
4) Pets are permitted under certain conditions and at the sole discretion of the owner.
5) Smoking (tobacco, cannabis, or any other substances) is strictly prohibited in the unit and common areas.
6) No painting, renovations, or holes in the walls are permitted without the lessor's prior authorization.
7) The tenant shall be responsible for any fees related to the loss of keys, access fobs, and garage remote controls.
8) At the end of the lease term, the unit must be returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the lease, including all inclusions and the condition report.
