Lease Conditions:
1)Any rental offer is subject to credit checks, references, employment/income verification, and a criminal background check, to the full satisfaction of the landlord.
2) The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of 2 million dollars in liability insurance at the time of lease signing, valid for the entire lease term.
3) The tenant is not permitted to sublet or assign the lease; no short-term rentals (no Airbnb).
4) Pets are not allowed.
5) Smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) is prohibited in the unit and common areas.
6) It is forbidden to paint, renovate, or make holes in the walls without the owner's consent.
7) The tenant must comply with all building regulations at all times.
8) At the end of the lease, the unit must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of rental, including all included items and the condition of the unit.
9) If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the tenant must allow visits for potential new tenants with 24 hours' notice.
There is an option to rent storage space for $50/month (if available).
